Bio: 
Native to San Antonio, married to for 35 years to my husband John.  We have two daughters, and three grandchildren.  In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, painting and be in the great outdoors.

We had not sold many homes and as new sellers, were very apprehensive in hiring a realtor. All that ended when we hired Helen Stark to sell our Mother's home. The home was in a nice area, good size and the condition was conducive of its age and area. We had no idea of what the home value was or what it would sell for, we only knew we did not want to give it away. This home would not be easy to sell because of the necessary upgrades. When the house wen up for sale, Helen met with us to determine a selling price, she knew our price was high, but knew she could work with us. She knew the area and did much research to help us establish a reasonable sell price. Things got complicated when the house needed certain repairs, of which we did not want to do ourselves before sale....Helen went into second gear....she worked with us adjusting the sale price. She coordinated with contractors, inspectors and of course potential buyers. She never stopped working on the sale, despite all the obstacles. Helen is unbelievable, as she is very personable, determined, upfront and honest. Please know that she is knowledgeable, knows her market, is a strong negotiator, patient and a great communicator. Helen was always available to us and those wishing to see the home. Thank you Helen for making this process a less burdensome one. You're the Best......
